I am just starting to carve. What knive(s)
do you recommend?
This is always a hard question to answer, because everybody carves differently
and carves different projects. So we try to generalize and give you
the 2 knives that offer a wide range of options. They are the "roughout
carver" and the "detail
carver".
How
do I sharpen my knives?
You will need a sharpening strop and sharpening
compound (you can buy this at any hardware store).
And then go to our "sharpening tips"
page to learn how. Then make sure and protect your edge when not carving.
When
will my order arrive?
Each
knife is individually made and we make every effort to get your knife
in the mail within 10 working days, this allows 4 days for shipping.
So approximately 2 weeks, give or take a day or two.
International orders can expect to take up to 10 working days after
your order has been shipped.
I
want my order shipped to a different address, can you do this?
Yes, we will ship to whatever addres you like. Just email us and let
us know the address you want your order shipped to.
Do
you ship worldwide, if so what is the cost?
Yes, we ship worldwide. The cost is free no matter where you are shipping
to.
What
do I do if my knife breaks?
We offer a 100% guarantee against blade and handles breaking, from normal
carving use. Remember your knife is not made to open paint cans. If
your knife does break, just send it back to us and we will ship you
a new knife.

Double check to make sure you entered your name exactly
as is appears on your credit card. exp: John "T" Doe, instead
of just "John Doe". Address must be the address that your
credit card statement is mailed to. Phone number must be the phone number
you have on file with your credit card.
