The
String Beaner - figured
handle, or blank
This knife is a small detail knife, it really gets in the small
spots. The handle is smaller than our other knives - 7/8" at
its widest point. This gives you the option of a pencil grip for
great control. We call it a string beaner because it is long and
skinny like a string bean. Throughout production testing we would
always say "give me the string beaner", the name just
stuck. See this knife being used.
